The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for 49 Assistant Manager (AM) positions across various streams. This recruitment is open on an all-India basis, and selection will be conducted through a multi-phase process:

1. Phase I: Online Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)

2. Phase II: Descriptive Examination at select centers

3. Phase III: Interview

Vacancy Details:

- Total Vacancies: 49 (distributed across different categories)

- Includes specialized streams such as Actuarial, Finance, Law, IT, and Research.

- Horizontal reservations for PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) across the overall vacancies.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Nationality: Indian

2. Age Limit (as of 20.09.2024):

- Minimum: 21 years

- Maximum: 30 years

(Born between 21.09.1994 and 20.09.2003)

- Age Relaxation:

- SC/ST: 5 years

- OBC: 3 years

- PwBD: 10-15 years based on category

- Ex-servicemen and commissioned officers: 5 years

3. Educational Qualifications:

- Actuarial: Graduation with minimum 60% marks and 7 papers passed of IAI as per 2019 curriculum.

- Finance: Graduation with minimum 60% marks and ACA/AICWA/ACMA/ACS/CFA.

- Law: Bachelor’s Degree in Law with minimum 60% marks.

- IT: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant fields with minimum 60% marks or equivalent qualifications in IT/computers.

- Research: Master’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in relevant fields with minimum 60% marks.

- Generalist: Graduation with minimum 60% marks.
